To find a candidate, register your property by clicking “Sign Up” or “List my property”. Save your specifications, and access a list of potential candidates with matching scores and qualifications. Choose the candidates you want to reach out to first! They’ll receive an email with your property details and an invitation to share their contact info if interested.

The be.estate matching score assesses how well a property matches a candidate’s search criteria, considering factors like proximity, price, and bedrooms. It helps owners connect with highly compatible candidates and enables quick assessment of listings against saved search preferences.

Qualifications are details that buyers/tenants provide to increase their chances of being contacted first. To add or update qualifications, sign in to your account and click on the “Qualifications” tab.

Contact information is shared upon mutual agreement for security and privacy.

Access all your saved searches by visiting your be.estate account. Easily modify, duplicate, or delete each search through the buttons at the top of your search criteria.
